I had a saggy section over the garage door. I didn't know if I should call a roofer, a siding guy or who. I called AAble and asked and thankfully they did that type of repair. Dave Lapp came out quickly to provide an estimate. Very soon after two contractors came out, John and an assistant. John notified me that this required more than replacing trim, the header was rotting due to ants. They took care of the problem quickly (didn't even have to move my car out of the garage). Dave quickly came back out when I had some questions about how the caulk set due to the colder weather. John and his assistant returned and stripped it out and refinished...again...and Dave came out later that day to check their work. Very professional, very responsive and good quality work all around - from the estimate to the workers. They also cleaned up after themselves and you'd never know they were here. I would absolutely hire them again for any other repairs that fall into their many areas of expertise. They want you to be happy with their work, and it shows.

We have had them do several things over the past years. 

They stuck to the time table they said they would. They were also very polite and professional. 

The department managers processed quotes within a day and the crews arrived on time on the requested day. The work was done efficiently and to my satisfaction.

A Abel did a heat treatment and a follow up 2 weeks after. Cost about $1800 for entire house plus a twin & queen protective covers for beds.

I am deathly afraid of anything remotely looking like a cockroach. The new neighbor next door has remodeled and moved in used furniture. During the summer hot dry month, I saw what I thought might be a roach outside in the grass. Fast forward and after the house sitting empty 8 months, we started to remodel before I move in. I found what I thought was a roach inside. Freakout begins, I use Angie's list and find Able of Dayton. Brian shows up and confirms it's a German roach and calms me down after I tell him "now we have to burn the house". He sprays the house that very visit and says he doesn't think they have infested me and not to get the gasoline out yet. Awesome man and a respray in spring is even less money. I will be on the lookout as we remodel/move-in for anymore, I will be calling Brian back. Burning is still on the table, I don't care what my boyfriend says!

The techs who showed up were great! They were very personable and knowledgeable about the services they would be performing. They worked quickly and were very thorough in their instructions as to what to do after the sprayings.

Mike Lemaster of A-Abel did a great job! Not only did he remove/replace the water heater, he installed a new gas line to the heater and, when he was finished with the remove/replace, he cleaned up every little bit of mess he made during the process! The family is thrilled with their new hot water supply.

It went very well. We called A-Abel after another plumbing company dropped the ball. The work turned out to be more than we expected, but it was done quickly, and most importantly, done correctly. The technician that came out to our home explained everything well, was up front with pricing, and cleaned up after himself when the work was finished. We will absolutely call again for any future plumbing needs.

They get in the deck, they get in the wooden parts, they get in tables and things and they lay eggs. Then the larva eats its way out through the wood and makes holes. In that visit, he sprayed the foundation of the house. We've got trees in the back, he sprays around the trees because of mosquitoes this time of the year. He tries very hard to make sure you get your monies worth out of it. We really like him. We got their name from our daughter who had hornets or something last year and we really liked them.

They do all kinds of things. We like them very much.

On July 21st I asked for an estimate for installing a utility sink in my garage. They had someone call me back and ask that I text him the specifics for the job. I have since followed up once via text and twice via phone but no call back or estimate has come our way. I am now looking for another service provider.

Last year I called A-Abel to replace my blower motor. It was replaced and they came back out in July to perform service and said the reason my system isn't properly cooling is because my system needs replaced. I found out just last week that AAbel installed the wrong blower motor by calling a different company to diagnose my system. I called AAbel the next day and they were very apologetic and offered to reimburse me, at that time I agreed verbally to let another company fix their mistake. AAbel emailed the next day and said they changed their minds and would not reimburse! AAbel refuses to reimburse for improper services performed even after I provided proof of the incorrect maintenance action. PLEASE stay away from them and avoid the negligent technicians. This is a company that will not keep their word and will try to get you to buy a new system for something that can be fixed easily.

Ron & Tom were great diagnosticians. They found the problem and went straight to work to repair the "neutral." Soon, the electricity was restored to the shed. Both men were true professionals.

It didn't go well. We had to get a room cleaned up so they could get to the access point but they turned out not to really help us at all. Basically they just wanted to put poison down which would have harmed the other animals we have in the house. Then he said there was a good chance that we would have dead mice rotting in our walls or there would be sprung traps and my grand kids could come out here and find dead or hurt mice in a trap. I was wondering if there was any way for me to get a refund since they didn't do anything but evaluate it. I think $200 for an evaluation is too much. I didn't care for the attitude of the man that came out. They did call 2 days after I bought it. He was about a half hour late.

Tech called ahead to alert me he was on the way. Arrived and gave me an estimate. Was very professional and friendly.

I still cannot believe that this contractor--like the others from this firm--showed up on time and actually considered my wants and needs. Contractors from other firms have tried to talk me into things I don't want. I refuse to think that might be because I'm a woman so I just will concentrate on how pleased I am with this contractor.
