They originally were to come out on Friday at 8:30 am, but never showed or called. We later contacted them and they said they were busy with another job and finally came out on Monday. The plumber who came he partially took care of one problem by replacing a part on the plunger system for a lavatory sink. However, he did not install it to drain properly. He examined the spray in the kitchen sink but did not have the proper parts to repair it so he left to get the part and came back about 45 minutes later and said that although the new part was wrapped in plastic, it was broken. He also said that he purchased the incorrect part any way. Then he made a call to see if he could get the part and that he would need to get it somewhere in downtown Columbus and would not be able to make it back that day. His shoes were dirty and he tracked dirt all in my home.

CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED. PLUMBER WAS EFFICIENT, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL. ALSO NEAT. I PHONED COMPANY OFFICE FOR ADVICE RE: FREEZING PIPES DURING DEC. ICE STORM. OWNER WILLINGLY GAVE ME ADVICE AS T HOW TO PREPARE AND PROTECT FIXTURES AT NO CHARGE.

HE TOOK MY OLD PARTS AND I WANTED TO KEEP THEM. HE LEFT US NO STATEMENT. HE LEFT IN A BIG HURRY. HE ALSO BROKE THREE OF MY CERAMIC TILES. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY WERE PLEASANT BUT NOTHING EVER COMES OF IT. OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD A FEW DAYS AFTER THE PLUMBER WAS UPSTAIRS BY HIMSELF WHO HAD ACCESS TO MY STATEMENTS. THE PLUMBER IS NOT ALLOWED BACK IN MY HOUSE AGAIN.
