Description of Work: Multi phone calls & messages. Some no shows for estimates for about 7 weeks. We finally met, looked at the tree & discussed the pruning, set date. I was to get courtesy phone call before start & look over work. A couple of no shows or messages, then happened to notice some pruning thinning had been done. Some obvious crossed branches not pruned, dead areas left, not as much done as agreed upon face to face. No contact between us since.

Description of Work: They raised, trimmed and shaped several trees in our yard. The crew of men were very nice and concerned that I was happy with their work and open to any suggestion I might have to ensure I was happy with their trimming and shaping. Clean up was complete.

Description of Work: They cut up three large limbs that broke off and had taken down all three utility service lines. I got an estimate one hour after I called and the 3 man crew came the next morning as promised and got rid of all debris. I was very pleased with their work.
