Description of Work: Called Woodruff Tree Service never got a call back.

Description of Work: They removed five bushes and two evergreens and cleaned up really well. It was a little hard getting in touch with them but after the time was scheduled they were prompt and professional.

Description of Work: After years of attempting to successfully hire someone to grind a tree stump and remove a bush, I was very happy to have Woodruff Tree Service perform the duty. The work was done professionally and I would recommend. | |I have hired four different companies to do the job and none of them showed up when they promised that they would. This led to me joining Angie's List and I am glad that I did.

Description of Work: Tree trimming was ok, they cut my 4 beautiful bushes because of miscommincarion. I wanted them to trim but they cut it completely. Initially they asked me to watch if they grow back, if I am not happy, they would come to dig the root out and replant. One year has passed i do not have anyone come to fix the problem. I called and email for multiple times, no response at all. This is totally unprofessional! Do not recommend.

Description of Work: Cut back two huge pine trees clear of our and our neighbor's house and gutters. Trimmed three crab apple trees and removed their sucker branches. Removed large pine tree to clear from electric wires. Ground out four stumps. Flat walled neighbor's brush to fence line. Cut back maple tree on side of house to clear side of house and gutter. Trimmed evergreen off the corner of house. Removed dying magnolia bush. Cut back other neighbor's hawthorn tree branches to our fence line to enable walking along fence without having to duck under it. Contractor started about 9:30 am with four workers and finished up around 1:30 pm. All debris was cleared away and stump areas were graded to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Woodruff took down a good sized but frail magnolia. In no time at all. Plus they dug out the stump. Super nice guys. Have recommended them to others. Price was fair and yes, we would use them again.

Description of Work: They did not come when they said they would, and did not answer my MANY calls to find out what happened. When they did get back to me they did the some money off the bill, but it was not worth the time and aggravation of the whole experience.

Description of Work: Woodruff came to look at the trees we wanted to cut down and made an appointment for the job to be done June 27th. No one showed up. No one has responded to about 8 vm messages to reschedule. It is nearly impossible to reach someone in their office. I'd really like this job to be done. They did a great job for the same deal last year. Any way to get them to show up?
