I had a couple limbs come down off one of my three oak trees. I called around to get a few estimates and Mike was the first one to call me back. He came out right away, surveyed the work and gave me a fair price to remove the fallen limbs and take down a few others. They performed the work without incident. I would definitely use Woodruff again.

Punctual, courteous. Clean up the site well. Disappointed that he couldn't remove the stump but there was limited access to my backyard.

Excellent. Beautiful job. The branches were overhanging our deck and the tree was just overgrown and needed a trim. We used an Angie's Deal coupon and I called Mike and he was very prompt in calling back and scheduling the trim.. Very quick turnaround time to get the job done. He brought out a few more guys and they were all professional and detail oriented, cleaning up the debris in the yard and on our neighbor's deck. We had not had tree trimmer services before and did not know what to expect. Mike put us at ease, explaining how the limbs come down without ever touching the deck or the fence. Amazing. I would definitely call Mike again to have additional work done in our backyard at a future date.

Mike scheduled a visit to estimate the job very promptly after my initial phone call. He arrived on time (10 a.m.) and we walked the yard and discussed the work to be done. He provided a written estimate and said the work could be done in the next 2 days and that he would call to firmly schedule. He called after lunch on the same day and said there was a cancellation so they could do the work that afternoon if that was okay with me. Mike and his crew of three arrived around 3:00 and took a little over two hours to complete the work. They did the cutting and trimming, ran pieces through a chipper and raked all the areas clean when done. They used a blower to make sure the driveway had no sawdust on it when they left. All in all, a very professional job.

Mike came out on day before and gave estimate. He looked around the yard and saw several things which needed to be done, that I had not requested in the original call. After talking with him, I decided to have him also handle those items. He gave me a written quote and once I accepted, he said it would be 2 days. Late the next afternoon, he called and they were just finishing up the job. My neighbors were out of town when the work was done and their comment was that it looked like a different back yard. All debris was picked up and chipped or hauled away. It was a great experience!

They showed up on a very hot day and set-up their equipment. I talked with almost everyone that worked and they were all positive and professional. They also worked quickly and took less time than what was first estimated.

Mike gave us a great estimate and was available to do the work within days. He and his crew showed up on time and were flexible with our needs. He was able to adjust our estimate accordingly, as we had removed and added services on the spot. The crew worked fast and efficiently, and were friendly and professional. Our yard is beautiful once more! I'd give them an A+ if it were possible.

I agree with a previou report that I would give them an A+, if possible. Steve came out on 7/13 at the agreed upon time. He provided an estimate during that visit and said they could do the work the following Monday. He also said the work would be done in one day. They arrived promptly bringing a large truck with a diesel shredder, a large stump grinder, saws and many yard tools. I think there were 6 men. There was a heat advisory today and they worked consistently from 10:20 to 3:30. One of the men climbed the trees and roped the branches so they could be lowered in a controlled way. They hauled the piles of brush to the drive or the street, where the truck was. They were able to shred all of the brush. They took all of the trees down and stacked the large pieces and shred the rest. They raked the areas smooth where they ground the stumps. They swept the drive and everything looked great when they were done.

Woodruff's employees did an excellent job. Their employees were courteous and neat. Our locust tree looks like a whole new tree with all the dead branches gone. Plus, we are no longer worried about our electric or phone wires coming down. Although they removed a lot of branches, many were very high up in the tree, they did an excellent jot cleaning up the area. Other than looking at the tree, you could not tell they were at our house. Our neighbor was so impressed, he hired Woodruff to trim his trees. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree work.

I wish I could give these guys an A+ they were great. First of all Mike and his team were very professional and polite, hard working guys. They came out Saturday morning and they were even early. Once they arrived they started right to work. It wasn't a huge tree but nice size and it was amazing to watch as they worked their way down the tree before they actually dropped the trunk. Which in itself was awesome to see I had a pole cemented in the yard which we couldn't remove and they had to bring the tree down without hitting this thing and if I didn't know better I would say it was a precision drop they put that tree down about 3 inches from the pole. Wow. Once that was out of the way they stump grinded the rest and did a clean up after leaving the yard looking great. They were the best and if the need ever comes up again I will be calling them.

People from Woodruff Tree Service Company responded quickly to my email. They provided a quick service. I would highly recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

This tree service came out and quoted on removing a large maple tree and grinding out the stump. His quote was very very high for tree work. After I declined his proposal, he came back and offered to do the same work for half the price. I told him I won't do business with people who do not quote a competitive market price the first time. I did not use this tree service.

I had a pine tree that was coming uprooted and was in danger of falling on my neighbor's house. They were able to repond the same day and take care of a very bad situation for me at a fair price. Considering how wet and muddy the ground was, they did a great job of not leaving a mess. Very professional. I would recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.

They arrived on time and finished 2/3 of the job when the hydraulic line broke on the stump grinder. They returned the next day with the unit repaired and completed the job. Mike and Steve did a great job.

They provided a quick response to my inquiry. Needed two tree stumps ground down and one big one was in a difficult location, at the corner of my lot, right inside the fence. I felt the estimate was definitely reasonable and they did a great job. (Contacted two other companies that either did not respond or responded late.) So glad to have these professionals do the work for me. By all means, call them.

Rick, Mike, Steven were on time, friendly, willing to trim more off a tree that I wanted done. Worked safely on ladder. Cleaned up all cuttings.
