Woodruff Tree Service

They were a little tough to get a hold of, but once we connected they followed thru. They did a great job removing the bushes. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the poison ivy. Our bush was infested with it and they did a so-so job of taking it out. Ultimately, it resulted in me getting a nasty case of poison ivy removing the leftover brush. (Made for a really fun anniversary trip the next week) I will definitely use them again, but was a little disappointed that the poison ivy removal wasn't as thorough as it could've been.

The contractor was really hard to get a hold of. I found they didn't respond to emails or phone calls. After a week of trying to get the appointment scheduled, I finally got a returned phone call. They arrived at the scheduled time and were able to get the stumps ground quickly. There was a bit more debris left than I had anticipated, but that may just be normal with stump grinding.

The work was never performed.

These guys were awesome! By chance, they were able to come out to do the work the same day I called in. The Owner even called me afterward to make sure I was happy with the work before running the payment on my credit card. I would definitely use them again in the future!

They responded to my request for service however they never called me back to set up an appointment for an estimate or anything.

They did a good job but the work ended up costing an additional $100 to the $99 deal we'd bought.

I went well. They did a good job. They gave us recommendations on the trees that needed to be trimmed. They were also very neat and no branches were left behind.

The crew came to work literally the day after I accepted the estimate. At various points, they asked me if I wanted additional pruning, if i wanted them to go deeper beneath the stump with the equipment, if I was satisfied with their work. The crew worked steadily until everything was done and absolutely cleaned up. I wish I had known about this company years ago! I will hire them again.

My trees were removed and stumps were ground. I did have to call the group to come back out because they did not grind the roots deep enough and my new tree could not be inserted. But when they came back out, they got the rest of the roots ground and the work was completed.

Provider gave estimate and removed tree the same day. Price was excellent, job was completed swiftly and efficiently. Did superb job of cleaning up. Very pleased, would do business with Woodruff again.

Came when they promised. Worked professionally and cleaned up afterward. Very satisfied in every way.

The provider was quick to respond to any questions when getting quotes for the work. Once deciding on the price they were out the same day to complete the work.

Crew showed up about 9:00am - Finished about 12:15 - Beat the rain and crew very conscientious about cleaning up and covered with existing shrubbery.

They did a very good job and they did some damage to my asphalt, but they were very good about working with me to get it fixed. Offered to fix it or pay to get it fixed. I was very happy with how professional they were. Mike was my sales rep. The ground was wet and a lot of tire tracks were left, creating a messy yard, but this could have been out of their control due to bad weather.

TRIMMED A TREE HANGING OVER MY GARAGE.

It was pretty good. We have a non flowering pear tree in our front yard I am pretty sure that’s the one that they turn up.

A week later and still waiting for a return call.

They were extremely prompt in calling me back. Very polite, very professional. Fair price. Outstanding cleanup. One of my trees was very tall and required roping. I will call them back for my other 2 trees.

Best-priced estimate of the tree services we contacted. Workers cut down the infested ash tree and hauled the wood from the front yard to the back yard woodpile. We were very happy with everything about the service except the wood chips that got stuck in the newly sealed driveway. This may have been unavoidable. We would definitely use this company again.

He never showed up and never called. Totally unprofessional .
