They sent us an appreciation gift for using them, which spoke volumes for customer service. There was originally some things wrong with the work, but they came out right away to fix them.

I also showed them a number of other jobs around the house that they could do. They had a man that came out to look with a clipboard three different times, but they never did the work. I received a phone call from the lady at the desk trying to get more business, and she called four or five different times during the year, but I had yet to see anyone show up. He had to come back twice to get the pantry shelving twice. The representatives were very nice, they never completed the work.

How many times do you actually go back to use the same contractor? Well we did after spending $48,000 with this company back in 2003 (new windows, interior doors, minor kitchen remodeling, etc) when we first moved into the home. We called them back to replace an old front door. The sales process was very low-key and without pressure. Presented various styles and materials, without favoring one or the other. Helped us choose the right door for our home. Installation was great- the new door system (with skylight) took up slightly less room than the old door. They took the time to sheetrock, trim, and repaint the extra space. The door looks great- we are very pleased!

I've had them out a couple times for different projects including a kitchen remodel a few years ago.

I called a month ago and asked for an estimate to put in new front steps either in wood or a plastic. While the man was out giving look at the steps, I asked also for a new roof estimate. To date I have not received either.

The work crew was on time and very receptive to our comments, wanting to please the customer. The lumber delivered for the railing was not acceptable as there were quite a few cracks in it and they immediately ordered more. One comment would be they could have been more detail oriented, bad knots on lumber put in prominent places (replaced),small pieces of paper stapled to the ends of decorative posts not removed and hard to get to after construction done

I was contacted within a few days by a representative from Wingler and Sons construction. We discussed our house and the work he would be estimating. I told him the upper story front had siding we want to replace, and that I wanted to replace all the Fascia and soffits as well. He immediately told me that I shouldn't think of using Hardie product for fascia and soffits, and tried several times to talk me into using vinyl or aluminum instead. I kindly reminded him that I had made the conscious decision not to use either of those products, which was why I was asking for a quote for Hardie products. He continued to push for the vinyl or Aluminum for the fascia. I didn't want to be rude, but he had called in the middle of dinner and we had already set up a time for him to come out the following day at 10 AM so I ended the call by telling him we could talk about it when he came out. The following day, he did not show up for the estimate, and didn't even bother to call.

Their price was in line with other estimates we had. I felt that the salesman could have been a little more helpful. I felt like he was telling my what he thought I wanted to hear. But, the workmen were great.

Wingler and Sons was very prompt in accommodating my request for an estimate. The representative they sent was knowledgeable and very personable. We talked about all of my options during our first meeting. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was that I didn't feel like I was left with a good layout for the work to be done. The other companies I met with, took measurements and did a written estimate for me the same day. I did call the representative back and he had no hesitation in returning for a second meeting. I feel confident in saying they would have done a good-quality job. The only reason I did not go with them was in the price.

John Moore was our sales rep. He was very patient in explaining the product and went over several options with us. There was never any pressure to buy, nor did he try to up-sell. The installers always left the worksite tidy and ready for the next day. Weather permitting, the installers were working every day to complete the job. The results look outstanding. If we have any other construction projects, Wingler will certainly be on the short list of contractors that we call.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THE ROOF MAN WAS EXCELLENT!!! THEY ALSO RECONFIGURED THE OUTDOOR PORCH AND MADE THE SCREENS SHORTER AND THE WALLS HIGHER. THEY DID A SPLENDID JOB. JUST WONDERFUL. THE SIDING AND NEW SOFFITS LOOK GREAT! EVEN MY NEIGHBORS LOVE IT! THEY ALSO CHANGED MY OUTDOOR LIGHTING FIXTURES FOR ME.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT, PROMPT, AND JUST AN ALL AROUND EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

We loved working with Wingler and would recommend them to others. They knew what they were doing, and they cared about the quality of the work. That's hard to come by these days. We absolutely love the finished product, and so do the neighbors! Nice guys, nice job.

THEY APPEARED ON TIME, WORK PROCEEDED WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, AND AFTER THEY WERE DONE THEY CLEANED UP SO WELL YOU WOULDN'T KNOWN THEY HAD BEEN THERE. THIS WAS PAID FOR BY THE ASSOCIATION, BY THE WAY, BUT I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW.

DID NOT RECEIVE A PROPOSAL BACK AFTER ONE WEEK. ESTIMATOR WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND HAD SOME GOOD IDEAS. WE WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF $30,000.00.

CONTACTED THE COMPANY FOR ESTIMATE ON TUB LINER. REPRESENTATIVE WAS RESPONSIVE AND VERY HONEST. WHEN HE SURVEYED THE WORK TO BE DONE HE INFORMED ME THAT IN ORDER TO HAVE A LINER PLACED OVER THE TUB, THEY WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE SOAP HOLDER HANDLE. THE SOAP HOLDER MATCHES THE TILE, WHICH IS A COLOR THAT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I DECIDED TO NOT PROCEED WITH THE LINER OPTION BUT I DID APPRECIATE THE HONESTY AND WOULD MOST DEFINITELY USE THE COMPANY FOR FUTURE WORK.

DENNIS DOWNEY WAS AWESOME AND IT WAS A SEAMLESS PROCESS. HE IS A PERSONABLE AND GREAT GUY. WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PROJECT SO FAR.

HIRED THEM TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ($250 TO DO ESTIMATE). ORIGINAL 'BALLPARK' QUOTE WAS $20K TO PUT A STONE FACADE ON 2/3 OF FRONT OF HOUSE, NEW LIVING ROOM WINDOW, SIDING ON OTHER 1/3, BUILD OVER HANG ABOVE FRONT PORCH, NEW PORCH, AND WALKWAY. CAME BACK WITH $34K. THE SALES REP WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HAD GOOD IDEAS. HE FOLLOWED UP WITH A CALL TO KEEP ME INFORMED OF PROGRESS. HE STATED THEY DO ADD 25% TO THE COST OF LABOR, AND MATERIALS (EVEN THOUGH THEY DO MOST OF THE LABOR THEMSELVES). WHEN ASKED TO SEE A BREAKDOWN OF THE COSTS, HE DID NOT WANT TO DO THIS. HE DID NOT WANT ME TO KNOW HOW HE CAME TO THE ESTIMATE. AFTER THREATENING TO DISCONTINUE THE DEAL, HE DID PROVIDE ME WITH A HI LEVEL BREAKDOWN. I THINK 25% ON TOP OF THEIR OWN (ALREADY MARKED UP) CHARGES IS HIGH. I ALSO LOST TRUST IN THE DEAL WHEN HE BECAME SO SECRETIVE. I HAVE NOT HIRED THEM FOR THE JOB.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

CECIL and HIS CREW, IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE THEM WORKING ON OUR HOME. EVERYTHING THEY DID, FROM INSTALLATION TO CLEANUP WAS 100% PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN THE PROJECT.

THE ONLY PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH AT WINGLER IS EUGENE WILLIAMS AND EVERY COMPANY SHOULD HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE LIKE EUGENE WORKING FOR THEM. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT WINGLER AND SONS USUALLY DOES BIGGER JOBS, I HAD CONTACTED ANGIE'S LIST AND MANY CONTRACTORS I WAS REFERRED TO, AND WINGLER WAS THE ONLY ONE TO ACCEPT THE SMALLER JOB AND THE PRICE SEEMED FAIR. THE FINISHED RESULT WAS EXCELLENT, VERY PROMPT, THE WORK PLACE IS LEFT CLEAN AND VERY ACCOMMODATING REGARDING THE CUSTOMER.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME, HAULED AWAY THE OLD ENTRY DOOR AND STORM DOOR. MADE SURE THE AREA WAS CLEAN AND PLUMB BEFORE THEY INSTALLED THE NEW DOOR. MADE SURE THE NEW DOOR WAS LEVEL. CLEANED EVERY SPECK OF DUST/DIRT UP THEY MADE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THE PROJECT WAS STARTED AND COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED IN ONE DAY. THE SIDING CREW BEGAN WORK TWO DAYS LATER. IT TOOK 5 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE SIDING. BOTH CREWS (WINDOW AND SIDING) WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. CLEANUP WAS EXTREMELY GOOD, AND CONDUCTED ON A DAILY BASIS. I CONSIDER THE PRICE TO BE REASONABLE. THE COMPANY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO RESOLVE TWO MINOR CONCERNS. THEY REPAIRED A WINDOW SCREEN AND A PATIO DOOR SCREEN THAT HAD BEEN DAMAGED DURING THE SIDING INSTALLATION. THE COMPANY ALSO REPLACED TWO WINDOW PLUGS WITH THE CORRECT PLUGS.
