The price was good, but the service and follow up was horrible. We waited months to get any kind of follow up done, esp when 5 trees died and were to be replaced under warranty. They were replaced, but we had email repeatedly, call repeatedly, just to get a potential date for the replacement. And then on numerous occasions, they would not show up.
In the end we just wanted them to make good on more dead trees, they will tell you they lived up to their one year warranty which is true to the letter of the warranty, but any company or individual who would want repeat business would try a bit harder, considering the 2 year duration of this small project, the number of dead trees, and the repeated over-promise and under-deliver of the work.
Bottom line, the lack of response and the lack of effort on their part certainly let us know they could care less about our business.
I would NOT recommend Wilson l for ANY work.
