We use this company for our DSL Internet at work. When we were ready to switch from cable Internet to DSL, we decided to switch companies. I prefer to work with a small local company who provides good service. They resell another company DSL at approximately the same price that another company sells it....but you get personal attention. Web Force came out to setup the wireless network. When we repeatedly had sporadic problems with the connection, which could not be corrected via telephone tech support, a technician was sent out within a few days. We determined the location of the router had bad electrical wiring or phone lines (1927 home) which might be causing the problems. We moved it to another location, where it seemed to work for a couple weeks, then we noticed similar problems again. Web Force sent someone out again, who determined it was a faulty router. They exchanged it even though several months had passed since we purchased it.
