Water Heater Service
Weaver technician showed up promptly the next day. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Replaced cap on vent pipe on the roof to allow proper ventilation. Weaver has done heating work for me before, and I recommend them to anybody.

WE NOTICED AT THE END OF JUNE, IN A STRING OF 90-DEGREE DAYS, THAT OUR AIR CONDITIONER WASN'T PUTTING OUT COOL AIR. CALLED ON SATURDAY MORNING; MR. WEAVER WAS THERE IN THE EVENING AND SAID WE NEEDED A REPLACEMENT. THOUGH IT WAS A VERY BUSY TIME FOR HIM AND HIS COMPANY, HIS GUYS HAD INSTALLED A NEW ONE FOR US FOUR DAYS LATER. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN PROMPT, DEPENDABLE, AND HELPFUL OVER THE YEARS WITH BOTH AC AND FURNACE.

RUSTY, THE TECH, CALLED BEFORE HE CAME, SAYING HE WAS ON HIS WAY. THEY ALSO INSTALLED A NEW A/C UNIT PREVIOUSLY, I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE PUT IT ON A CONCRETE SLAB, I HAVE A SLAB MADE OF OLD RECYCLED TIRES AND WHEN IT RAINS IT COLLECTS WATER UNDERNEATH IT.

WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A REASONABLE TIME AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. ESTIMATOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. GAVE US A THOROUGH EXPLANATION ABOUT HEATING AND COOLING AND WORK TO BE DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND WEAVER FURNACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A FIRST CLASS HEATING AND COOLING CONTRACTOR WHO DOES NOT CUT CORNERS AND DOES THE JOB RIGHT.

HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, THOROUGH. THE ASSEMBLEY WAS UNDER WARRANTY & ON HIS OWN THE SERVICE MAN HANDLED THE DETAILS SAVING US $250 ON THE PARTS. I WOULD DEFINIETLY RECOMMEND THEM. GIVE THEM AN A+
