Only call him if you have the knowledge of how to fix what you need him to fix.. and watch him finish the job successfully.
He replaced the water main shut off valve. Water dripping was found after the water company turned on the water.
He came back, and said it was condensation... and told me better not call him again.
I put a mirror and located exactly where the leaking is..
He came back.. only put the plumbing putty to buy himself enough time to get out of my house.
When I called him he said "I am done with this, I will not come back" and then hung up on me.
Is this Service Quality Guarantee?
After cashed $300, he knew there is leaking but refused to fix it.. Is this called Service Quality Guarantee?

Showed up on time, did the work, was very pleasant. I tried to get him to come back and do more work but he did not call back.
