She provided me with excellent advice on getting the home ready to sell. She is very patient and always responded within 24 hours to any questions I may have had about the process. She knows some excellent contractors and helped me through the process of home inspection. She provides great advice when an offer comes in. She listens to what you have to say! She is easy going and friendly! She provides great service from the time of listing until the time of showing. My husband and I moved to columbus from another state and hired Marilyn to help us purchase our first house. We did not know much about home-buying or about the various neighborhoods in Columbus. Marilyn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She is an exceptionally good listener and helped us zero in on the neighborhoods and types of homes that we liked. She was always friendly, full of good information, helpful, patient, and never pushy. I have have recommended her to a number of other people and will continue to do so. I just can't say enough good things about Marilyn and Jeff! Marilyn and I began by talking about the kind of place I was looking for; she brought up details I hadn't thought of and understood my needs so well that I actually bought a house she showed me on our first day of viewing. She was patient, friendly, and helpful as I continued to look and look and look, then was supportive and creative during the negotiations over price. Marilyn also provided a kind of "concierge" service for me as I looked for workers and contractors to make some changes before moving in. When it came time to list the house in which my family had lived for 30 years, Marilyn was patient and extremely helpful in readying the house to show to its best advantage. This wasn't a good market in which to sell a house, but Marilyn kept my spirits up and guided me toward realistic expectations. This is a great team to work with: Marilyn, Jeff, and the staff are greatly knowledgeable about housing markets in different parts of Columbus, provide great expertise and support, and are friendly, patient, and just fun to work with. The quality of their work is outstanding!

Marilyn was delightful to work with! She literally spent one year with us as we searched for the right town (we were coming from out of state) and then the right house. She never rushed us, never pressured us to buy something we had reservations about. She always listened. And, throughout a difficult purchase process, she was the utmost of professionals. A+.
