THE A/C BROKE ON THE FOURTH OF JULY. THE EMERGENCY LINE HAD SOMEONE CALL ME, WHICH HE DID, BUT HE SOUNDED VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT HAVING TO COMING OUT ON THE HOLIDAY, DESPITE THE TRIPLE CHARGE. HE IMPLIED HEAVILY THAT I WAS AN IDIOT FOR NOT WAITING A DAY, POINTING OUT THAT EVEN RESTAURANTS HADN'T BEEN WILLING TO PAY THE EXTRA FEE. IT TURNED OUT HE DIDN'T HAVE THE PART, SO HE HAD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY, AND HE WAS ONLY SLIGHTLY LESS UNPLEASANT THAT TIME. I CAN SYMPATHIZE WITH NOT WANTING TO WORK ON A HOLIDAY, BUT I FOUND IT UNPROFESSIONAL TO EVEN LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THAT, MUCH LESS BLAME HIM FOR IT. THERE ARE SO MANY A/C COMPANIES TO PICK FROM THAT I WON'T BE USING THESE FOLKS AGAIN, EVEN THOUGH MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAD BEEN VERY GOOD.
