Went in looking to get prices on a new iPhone as I'm a droid user and have been using hand-me-down phones for the past 10 or so years. My current phone is about 8 years old so I've been out of the loop and out of contract for quite some time. The gentleman who helped me (wish I could remember his name) was so kind, straight forward and helpful explaining the dizzying array of different phones and capabilities. Although I was in sticker shock (even with the 2 year contract) and didn't purchase a phone, I'll be back when I'm ready or my current phone stops working.

We like them better than what we've heard about other companies. We haven't had any problems with them. They are a little expensive.

Great! Tracy worked with us to find a phone to meet my needs. She even let me take her phone outside to observe whether or not I could see the screen and keypad in bright sunlight. She fixed my son's phone problems and worked with my husband's phone. She was very patient with us as the store was very busy that day and we had lots of questions.
