COMPANY PERSONNEL WERE VERY COURTEOUS (THOUGH NOT TIMELY ABOUT PHONING ME BACK ABOUT THE ATTEMPTED REPAIRS). THEY SEEMED GENUINELY REGRETFUL THAT THEY COULD NOT COMPLETE THE REPAIR.
