I used them once and they were fine. Their customer service was excellent both in booking the rental and picking it up and returning it. Everything was clear and professional. I had a good experience with them.

We had done an on-line rental reservation for a Saturday. We went to pick up the truck at 9 am that morning only to find dozens of people in line ahead of us. Only 2 employees to handle the masses of customers. It took approximately 2 hours of waiting before we got the van. Apparently it is always this way on weekends. We started our day behind our schedule because of this.
I would recommend that you rent your next U-Haul at Excite Unlimited Automotive on Westerville Road (about 2 miles from this location). Same prices but no lines!

We thought that the price was reasonable. The truck could have been cleaner. The blankets were greasy and stained. The location was convenient to both of our homes.

Arrived at the facility to find a long line all the way out the door. People in the front said they had been waiting for 90 minutes, despite having a reservation! I decided not to wait that long and made other plans. I called them today to ensure my reservation was cancelled. They said that a 90 minute line is typical and unavoidable as it was month end. I won't bother to rent there again!
