Rentals - Trucks
I called U-Haul Reservation line for an open trailer. I showed up at Worthington UHaul first. They only had closed trailers and the screwed up my reservation. Then I was told to go to U-Haul Rental East a half hour drive for the unit. At least they had an open trailer. But they charged an extra $5.00 more than my reservation amount. Remedy: I complained to U-Haul Reservation. They sent me a $20 voucher good for my next rental.
