Twistyle Salon and Day Spa

I get my haircut at this salon with Angie. Angie is absolutely wonderful. Not only does she accommodate my schedule, but she gets me in and out of the salon very quickly. I love that I just show up and Angie takes care of the rest - I don't have to think about how I want my hair cut or what is in style. Side note, I really enjoy the way the salon is decorated and Angie is always changing things up. The receptionists are very friendly and the location is super convenient! I love going here and would recommend to anyone!

The most unprofessional hair salon I have ever been to. I had been a client for 5 years when I raised concerns with the owner Angie about the results of my daughters highlights that she performed the service on. I asked to speak to her and was told to communicate through text she was busy and had a family function to attend. I sent in pictures of my daughters Hair that clearly had been half highlighted with noticeable junks that were bleeding.She also did a root base color this was never discussed. My daughter left the salon with darker hair then when she walked in. At first she offered to bring her in a week later to fix it. Then the following morning I received a text that she was refunding my money and she was cancelling all of my scheduled appointments that were with another stylist. She wished me good luck at my new salon. I had been told the owner frequently fires people that aren't satisfied with her work. Well I learned that first hand and I wasn't even her client, I figured the owner of a salon could handle highlights. I will say that I will miss my stylist she is amazing. I feel bad that her boss fired her client while she was on maternity leave bc of her lack of professionalism and ability to communicate or satisfy her customers. Needless to say I took my daughter that day to another salon that was clearly shocked at the quality of work especially performed by an owner of a salon. They spent the next 4 hours fixing her hair.

It has been a very positive experience.  My daughter who is 13 it is $25 for a haircut and for me it is $30.  They are very reasonable. It is a young and friendly staff; they are at an excellent location, they also offer extra services of hair coloring and also offer manicures, and pedicures.

The charges depend on the services that I get done.  I think they do a good job.  It’s not like going to a very fancy place or anything, but it’s fancy enough for me.  It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and they’re professional.  It is roomy and quiet, too.  I don’t walk in any cheap places and I think their prices are reasonable.  It’s not extravagant and their quality is fine.

It was OK. The provider was out sick so they were understaffed and I had to wait. Would have been nice, since I had an appointment to have been called. The pedicure was ok, the polish did not last as long as I had hoped.

Cady listened to what I wanted in terms of treatment, color and shape of nail.  Pleasant attitude.  I have used many services at Twistyle and would always refer others there.

I rate them with an A grade all round.  I will use this service again in the future.

I go to Shannon for haircut - she is friendly, professional, helpful and efficient and her work is great!  I have been going to her for a couple of years, and I am very happy.  Angela tints my eyelashes - she is extremely nice and friendly and really seems to enjoy her job.  The receptionist is always very pleasant, and they are usually able to get me scheduled for both services one right after the other, with only a few days' notice (if I call the week before, for example).  I recommend Twistyle highly.  It is always a pleasure to go there, and their prices are very reasonable.   No one tries to "up-sell" me on extra services, either.

I arrived them promptly for my 2:00 appointment. There was a mixup that Angela thought I wanted a manicure, but I wanted a pedicure.. she quickly changed the stations. She was very thorough, very professional, and very friendly. She suggested some additional options for me (massage, eyebrow tint) that I am going to consider using in the future. I really enjoyed my time with her and will definitely be back to see her.

Angie has been my stylist for several years now. She's very knowledgeable and I completely trust her recommendations. I have not been to any of the other stylists, but I have friends that have and speak highly of them. Twistyle also now has a massage therapist and and an esthetician and offers discounts to current customers for these new services. It's a very trendy, relaxing, and fun salon that I highly recommend to new clients!
