TOYOTA WEST

I buy my cars new and then I take them in to be serviced. It is free with Toyota because all the service on the lease is free.  It wasn't the same place that I bought my car from because it was too far away.  This place was closer. They were really nice.  I went back there because I had a problem with my GPS. The guy came out and explained the whole thing for me.  He didn't charge me either. On price, A because it's free. I would have a choice, I could go to any Toyota dealership, but I will go back to that one. That is not where I bought it from, but I like them better because it is closer to my house.

I would say they would get their monies worth. They are very knowledgeable. There is no wait time. With an appointment they will take your car in and I usually wait for it right there.

I make an appointment for routine maintenance. I show up on time. they do the work confidently and appropriate. I pay and I leave.

I have never had a complaint about them. Excellent service. I would say I have always been impressed with them. The vehicle is always sparkling clean. The only people I come in contact with is intake.

You know what sticks in my mind is that I really trust them with my car, since I bought my car from them. And they have never let me down.

I would give them an overall A. You know we make an appointment with them, we go, they are prompt. They get us in and out. I have no complaints. If you have a Toyota go to dealership you bought it. They know what they are doing and have the parts. They are trained on that vehicle.

I have been going to them for about 20 years.

It took about 35 minutes. They just gave me my receipt, paid for it and left. How are the workers? I use specific ones there and I do that for a reason, because they have only got a couple there that I trust.

They are all fine. He just goes in there and then bam it's done. He's gone. He has never had a hold up or anything. I like, and my husband likes it too, when we come and we need information and that they give us the information. The did good deals with us, but yet they don't bug us. Yea we get some things from them. They just show you what they got, they know that we like the Toyotas, and they know they have a good enough product they don't have to sell us on them. We just look for the things that we like on them, because we have never had an reliability problem with them or anything.

They seem to really be good.

It went really well. We worked with Matt Nottingham. The whole process of pricing and purchasing took two days. Matt was up front and gave us great price and one of the best service we ever had. Only other place of similar service was from Disney World. Car purchasing suppose to be a head ache but it turned out to be very enjoyable day for us. Kind of like going on a vacation, bit of work but fun. Other extra things... He mistakenly gave us extra $500 discount over the email and the company kept their promise. We asked for some flowers an hour before closing of the deal and he went and got it for my wife. :-) He's sharp and hard working.

Oil change took about an hour. Nice waiting room with refreshments. Bummed I couldn't find my coupon - the main reason I went there. Asked receptionist if they kept any on hand. No luck. Good service but pricier than my local mechanic.
