Called Titan Monday and they quoted me the job hourly and parts over the phone (They don't do estimates residential). Did the job on Thursday. Second guy showed up 30 minutes later than the first guy. The first guy sit out in his van more than 30 minutes at one point. The first guy left over 1 hour before the second guy and they charged me the same amount of time for each. They still got the job done and was cheaper than the other quote.
