I was real happy with these guys.  They seemed to have a good understanding of the problem and explained it well to me.  They got the work done in a very short time and were very careful with the existing floor, baseboards, metal strips, etc.  They gave me choices about how I would like it completed, and communicated well.  They cleaned up after themselves.
I had used them also a couple of years earlier when that door wouldn't close right.  They determined it was because of settling in the structure, and did an amazing job of making it right.  They're good guys.

About 15-20 years ago I had someone come out to give me an estimate for the same job and their bid was $3200.  20 years later I had Tinnes Construction come out and told me they could do the work for $1,600.  He and his son were both great and did beautiful work for me.  Everyone in the neighborhood loves the arbor they put up for us and we now have everyone over on the 4th of July to watch fireworks from the back porch because it's so beautiful.  I recommended him to a friend and he built a 3 season room for her that she absolutely loves and she did not have to hire anyone else to put in windows or anything, which she was very pleased about.  These guys are great!
