Ceramic Tile Service
HE DID A GREAT JOB ON THE FIELD TILE IN THE KITCHEN BUT A TERRIBLE JOB ON THE TRIM: NONE OF THE CORNERS WAS MITERED, NOT EVEN AN OUTSIDE CORNER, AND HE SLOPPED GROUT INTO THE CORNERS. ALSO, SOME OF THE TRIM TILE WAS NOT FLAT AGAINST THE WALL. HE WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO SCHEDULE: WOULDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS, WOULDN'T SHOW UP WHEN EXPECTED, SHOWED UP WHEN NOT EXPECTED AND TRIED TO GET IN. INITIALLY, I WAITED SEVERAL DAYS FOR HIM TO PHONE CALL TO SCHEDULE THE TILE INSTALLATION. HE FINALLY CALLED AND WANTED TO COME OVER THE SAME DAY. I TOLD THE KITCHEN CONTRACTOR TO FIND ME SOMEONE ELSE TO REPLACE THE TRIM TILE; HE WANTED TO GIVE JIM ANOTHER CHANCE, BUT JIM NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT.
