- Excellent Service!
They sent three guys and got the job done in about 2-3 hours.
It looks nice and I am really happy with what they did.
They were prompt and cleaned up really nice after the work was done.
On March 6th @ 7:30am, I get a voicemail saying they had allegedly called me twice and left messages, and that "They didn't want to keep coming back out here". Well, feel free to check my phone records. There were no calls from this company. And no one rang or knocked on my door. And when I returned their call @ 8am, they gave me a line of crap, and disgusted I hung up.
The Liars. I sat here waiting for them the entire time--with my phone on and at the ready. I would've had more respect for them if they'd simply admitted they made a clerical error instead of trying to turn things around and lay the blame at my feet. I'll be asking Angie's List for a refund for this Big Deal.
"Original work was done in March 2010. The customer had called in October 2011 saying the chimney was leaking and we needed to get out immediately or she was contacting her attorney. She was very rude and I explained that we could get out the following week because it was our busy season, she then rudely hung up the phone. A few hours later her Husband called back and apologized for his wife and asked us to please come out and take a look at the chimney We went out and inspected the chimney. A few minor mortar joints had came out so we Tuck pointed them at no charge to the client. We then told them that the flashing was really bad and needed replaced and that they needed to contact a roofer."
