Enjoyed the gentelman that arrived to do my estatement and he seemed well versed in what needed to be accomplished. He stated he was going to be out of town for the next month so I figured I would receive an estatement while he was out of town. I finally phoned when I figured he would be home and he announced he had just gotten back in town. It has now been two weeks since I spoke to him and still no estatement except for him stating over the phone that he would beat a competitors quote by $100. I'm sorry but that doesn't work for me. I prefer a written quote.

We had a water line break that needed fixed within two weeks per the water company. After calling many places, waterworks was very responsive and friendly. The price quoted was in our budget and competitive with others (actually a little less) so we chose them. We had the fix scheduled for a few days later. My only complaint is they showed up a half hour later than promised but they were polite and did the job so I won't complain about that too much. I remember the one worker's name was Cody, and he was very professional and helpful. We ended up paying less because they were hesitant about digging the entire line because it was so close to the gas line. So they just fixed the broken part. We're happy with their service.

Seemingly out of nowhere, we had a water line leaking in our basement. All we could tell was that it was a hot water line, and we were a bit frantic to have it fixed! Our usual plumber was booked until the next week and so was the second plumber we called; the second company suggested we try a larger company to improve our chances of getting on a schedule sooner. The Waterworks is known to us--their trucks and vans are all over the place--and after checking them out on Angie's List, we called them. They could come on Saturday but we would be out of town, so we decided to do an emergency/overtime service call to solve the issue same-day. As promised, I received a phone call once our tech was on his way; he arrived just before 10PM. Keith was super friendly and immediately found the source of our problem: a plastic tube that ran from our water heater to the humidifier unit on our HVAC system had split and was leaking. He advised that he could either patch it or, preferably, replace the plastic tube with copper. We elected to have the line replaced with copper since that's much more durable. He was confident he could complete the work within the one hour time frame (the stated cost of the service call), and he was right! Keith was awesome, and we really appreciated him taking the call and sorting us out.

They scheduled us immediately. The technician showed up promptly (right at the beginning of the 8am-12:00noon window), worked for 2 and a half hours, and soled the problem. He was polite and professional.

Rodney was the technician who came to assess my water leak in the basement. It was a sump pump failure. However, matters were complicated by the amount of water and ongoing flow of water into the basement. He worked about 6 hours to get the job done, and get it done right. It cost more because it wasn't just a matter of going to Home Depot and getting a new pump. I had a primary and battery back-up, with alarm installed. There was also an electrical outlet that wasn't sufficient for the new pump. Well worth the money and can't say enough about Rodney's integrity.

The whole time onsite took less than 15 minutes which included the service tech's going out to his truck to get a "disposal wrench" and later writing up the bill. He spent all of two minutes of actual work on the disposal and simply inserted the wrench into the special opening on the disposal to get it running again. No parts had to be replaced, nothing needed to be taken apart and reassembled, and the disposal didn't need to be unclogged. I was charged $190 which I think is an outrageous amount of money for 2 minutes worth of actual work.

Check was mailed out on 8/7/2019. The technician charged our menu pricing as he was following protocol. You were made aware of this on the phone call with our manager. Prior to work beginning, you were also provided with an estimate which you could accept or not accept. You did choose apply a $30 off coupon to the transaction which took your cost down to $160 and this was prior to refund. This is not accurately reflected in the above fee nor the comments. Our customer service manager also let me know that she explained all about our menu pricing over the phone as well as talked through the refund. Thank you for your patronage. Have a great weekend. I received a service call today 07/23/2019 to restart a kitchen sink disposal that would not restart. The service technician was able to restart the disposal without any more work by simply inserting his "disposal tool" into the bottom on the disposal. ?The whole process took 15 minutes at most which included time for him to go out to his truck and get the tool as well as writing up the bill which was for $190.00. By my calculations that amounts to a charge of $760 per hour. He was nice enough to suggest that I find a coupon online which I did for a $30 discount which still resulted in a charge of $650 per hour. I'm a retired senior citizen on a fixed income. It seems to me that your company is into highway robbery.

We needed the (2 month old) garbage disposal and drain lines tightened under the kitchen sink and then a quick repair to the Sump Pump drain where it exits the house. I called Waterworks with the two items we needed help with and they scheduled someone to come out when it was convenient for us. Waterworks came to our home right at the end of the window they promised and immediately told my wife that the disposal could be fixed with the purchase of a new garbage disposal for an additional $380.00. (my 3/4 HP InSinkErrator Badger only cost $130) When she pointed out that our current disposal is only 2 months old and needs tightened, they dropped the sales tactic, did the job and left. They didn't have the second job on the work order, so they did not perform that task. It was a lame move to work on the wife attempt an up-sell on a clearly overpriced product. I was straight up with them on the phone and if it was to small of a job, they could have said so then.

This company is great for a quick fix, but they were not the plumber for us. We made a quick decision to hire them after having to dismiss another plumber. We really needed someone to help us problem solve. We installed a new vanity top over an existing vanity and the pipes did not align correctly. All of their pricing is read off a sheet so that the plumber doesn’t have to do any real assessing. I feel that there was likely a better solution than paying $700+ to lower 2 pipes a few inches.

The man did come after hours so I knew that would be a higher charge. When he left he said it would be approximately $500 but when the bill came it was over $900. I called the office three times to have someone explain the bill to me and no response. I live in an condo complex and the condo president and a member from the condo management company had to call them in order to get an explanation for me.

We do not proceed with any work unless it is approved prior. Based on our records, we note the following: While you ([Member Name Removed] is a tenant of said condo, the invoice/bill was handled with [Member Name Removed] with the property management company ([Member Name Removed] Group). We have record that the [Member Name Removed] Group paid the invoice and we have spoken with [Member Name Removed] several times. Per our notes and phone records, Tenant stated that DLM1 (technician) told her it would be roughly $500. We reviewed the invoice with TECH DLM1 and he stated that there was no price given to tenant. He did provide a breakdown to the Property Mgmt. company as they approved and were paying the bill. We billed T&M (time & material) per work completed. Our Customer Service Mgr. spoke to [Member Name Removed] on 3/15/19 with a breakdown/explanation of the bill and she was okay with that and the invoice was paid in full. Thus, you were not responsible for invoice per our knowledge. If your property mgmt. company billed you for part of the work, the discrepancy and complaint should be filed with them. We have no knowledge of how that works. If is often difficult for service companies who get called out when not all communication and information is fully disclosed on a public website and provide what we consider an unbalanced and unfair review. The service person, Mike Shaffer was at the my house at 9:15 AM (the window was 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). I received a call ahead and Mike was here. He cleared the root blockage and the time spent 20 to 30 minutes. I receive a one year warranty and a senior discount.

Due to some miscommunication with the flooring company Waterworks was not aware my job was done to come out for the reconnect. I called and they immediate got me on the schedule for the next available technician. Tech came at 10:25pm (crazy) and was upbeat, knowledgeable and fast. Through conversation I showed him another issue unrelated. Chris took the time to look and set up an appointment to come back the following day. He was fabulous about not only fixing the issue but explaining to me how I could be proactive about future upkeep. I will definitely be calling them back if I have another need.

Basement flooded and Mike came out the next day and cleared our main drain. Mike also looked around the basement and found another floor drain and cleared the drain by grinding out the tree roots that were blocking it. Mike recommended that we have the city remove the tree or we would continue to have problems with the root system. We are already taking steps with the city to do so. Mike was very informative and we appreciate the services provided.
