"We're sorry that you feel this way. To be clear, we discussed this during a telephone conversation we had with you. The charges were NOT hidden or secret as you knew of them before your appointment. (And per the conversation, the terms are CLEARLY stated on the deal itself) Also note that you scheduled an appointment in December, only to forget to reschedule, so the tech sacrificed an open appointment window. You also forgot to mention that we let you know that you had the option to return this deal to Angie's List for a full refund, which you refused to do. We appreciate your feedback, but are disappointed that you would not move forward toward a resolution. Instead, you called and berated our receptionist, insisted to keep the deal (when you were told it was 100% refundable), and wrote a negative review."
