They're very responsive, professional and curteous. Once I put the request on Angi's, they responded right away. Their proposal was very resoanbale and fair. They ordered our Water Heater, and got it installed within a few days. I ended up calling them again to do other maintenance work within a couple of days, and the experience was very similar. Clearly, I would hire them again, because I already did !
