 + -1 moreI have sold several houses and never felt the realtor brought anything unique to the process. Diane is much different. She had a plan, executed it and had 4 offers on my house 12 hours after it went on the market despite listing it for more than any of the other realtors we interviewed. She then went about starting a bidding war and got a price much higher than asking price. I have never seen such a "go-getter" in any field. If you live in UA, there is no one else to use. I have never seen anyone like her.
