 + -1 moreOur roof leaked one night after a heavy rain. We called the next morning and employee came out that very day. Two days later they replaced the slates where the leak was and we also had them replace other missing or broken slates. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient.
Description of Work: Replacement of 25 slates and caulking around chimney.

 + -1 moreThey showed up around 9 am that morning. Not sure when they finished cause I was at work. Once I made initial call, that was it. I didn't have to do anything else.
Description of Work: Slate shingles shifted creating leak in roof. Replaced needed shingles and stopped leak.

 + -1 moreA big tree fell on the house. I was buying the house in 1998. They rebuit 2 of 5 chimneys. They did a terrible job. The chimneys leak. They put quick crete on them and they leak. The water came in the chimney and caused the plaster to come off the walls. They sent a guy out when I wasn't home and gave a report that was completely improper. He said the work was fine which is totally wrong. They did a sloppy job and don't admit it.
