The Computer Store

I had to wait for needed parts to arrive in the shop (about 3-4 days) but that was expected. Work proceeded quickly and I received a call that it was ready. My experience with this shop was A-1 in all respects.

Great job. My laptop crashed due to Windows10 issues and a virus.  They explained the process, and gave cost estimate. Actual cost was less than estimate! Thanks to a great local business!

It went OK, but was a bit pricey.

They were good. They were persistent in trying to resolve the issue with my computer. I had to go back two to three times as it wasn't ready even though they said it was. It wasn't working so they didn't check it properly. But they got it up working and it works fine now. They did everything they needed to do and I am satisfied overall.

I was extremely frustrated because I couldn't get onto the Internet with my laptop. I was pretty certain that there was an option not set correctly but I couldn't figure it out. I called The Computer Store and they said I could bring come right in. I left the laptop over night and picked it up the next evening. I was right about the option, and because it was such a simple fix, there was no charge for their service. Very nice people and I would definitely do business with them again.

I have been using The Computer Store for about ten years. I like the personal service that they offer. They do most repairs in 24 hours. They’ve built computers from the scratch as per my specifications. I like that about them. When I have a problem with my computer, I take it them and it is ready in a day. Only when they have to order for a part, will they take longer. However, they try to get the parts overnight. They have a new service now. They can get rid of bugs in the computers remotely. They can do it from the store and they can access my computer anywhere. So I don’t have to go down to their store, for taking care of the bug. It is fantastic. They have done this twice for me. Once they accessed my computer when I was out of town. When I came back home, another computer of mine had a problem. A service pack wasn’t loading on my computer. So they accessed the computer and loaded it for me, remotely. They didn’t charge me anything for these two jobs, as I am a good customer of theirs. Mr. Saed Baahrami is the owner of the store. The technician is Mr. James Poe; he is the guy to talk to. He is fantastic.
