AGREED ON START DATE BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND DOESNT RETURN PHONE CALLS.

PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE - LOWEST AROUND. RETURNED CALLS WITHIN 30 MINUTES. CAME BACK OUT BEFORE RAIN TO PLACE TARP ON NEW SECTION OF DRIVEWAY. WORK IS EXCELLENT. BROUGHT FOUR CHAIRS FROM HIS HOME TO SET UP FENCE TO KEEP MY DOG OUT.
