"[member name removed] We thank you for the review and it has been a pleasure working with on your kitchen."
"[member name removed], It has been a pleasure working for you on these two projects. We appreciate your kind words and are glad to have you as part of our Cleary Company family."
"These clients are a gem to work for; we have done other projects for them in the past. We took 2 bedrooms and a full bath and redesigned that space into a master suite (consisting of a master bath/walk in closet/master bedroom) and a separate 1st floor powder room. The design came out great and the finishes look wonderful. We were very pleased with the overall outcome of the project."
"Thanks for hiring us for another project. We've enjoyed working with you over the past 5 years."
"We value your business and friendship. Thank you for your business & Happy New Year!"
"We appreciate your business and are thrilled to be working with you on your master bathroom project. Again, some hiccups with the original (1952) construction of the home, but all is back on track and going well. Happy New Year!"
The design phase always involves both the owner and their in-house designer. I find them both very responsive to my thoughts and desires, but also presenting many alternatives, often that I have not even thought of. I am excited by the final design.
This project involved a complete demo of the existing kitchen. They very carefully hung a tent to keep dust down in the rest of the residence, and completed the demo within a day, cleaning up carefully afterwards. I am always impressed by their daily concern for my home. Clean up at the end of each day is careful, and at the end of each week is very thorough. They demand the same standards of their subcontractors.
The custom cabinets arrived last week and were quickly installed. The trimout work done by Cleary's lead carpenter is beautifully done.
At this point we are waiting for the counter-tops to be fabricated and installed, and then finish work by the tiling, electrical and plumbing subs to be completed.
Although the Cleary Company is a bit pricier than many of their competitors, I feel the quality of their work makes it worth it. I will certainly use them again for any future projects.
