 + -1 moreThis was the biggest project we have taken on with our house. Sam was very easy to work with and he really listened to what we wanted in a practical way. He worked hard and was involved in every part of the project from the first design phase to the final walk through. His crew was professional and respectful which was appreciated since we remained in the home throughout the project. They stayed on task well and completed the project in approximately 4 months time with several change orders on our part. As commonplace for any large project, unexpected things came up and was managed well by Sam and his crew. Overall, we are very happy with the project and would not hesitate to work with Bellepointe Company in the future.
Description of Work: We had a two-story addition put onto our home and a remodel of the bedrooms and bath as part of the project.

 + 1 moreVery pleased with Sam's attentiveness. He listened to our thoughts about the things we wanted to do and was able to make professional suggestions that worked within our mindset. He arrived on time and seemed to genuinely care about our needs.
Description of Work: Sam was nice enough to visit a few homes with my wife and I that we were interested in buying in German Village. He advised of possible renovation/remodeling ideas and estimated their costs. He had good ideas and was very helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't end up getting either house, but would definitely consider using Sam and the Bellepoint Co. for future projects.
