We worked with Jean who helped us pick out or faucets/plumbing, toilets, drawer pulls, robe hooks, towel bars, and some really great permanent baskets for our shower. Jean was WONDERFUL to work with. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products. The level of service is very individualized compared to some of the large bath supply stores in the area. She was a pleasure to work with.

Terrific! I love this Toto toilet. This company had the BEST price in Central Ohio and it was as low as the best Internet price from reputable companies. On top of that, their service was absolutely the best and they went way beyond the extra mile. I truly appreciate everything they have done.
