The 1 Tree Service

The 1 Tree Service yard sign has earned a spot in my yard for a few weeks. Great service, Great Communication (Angelina & Casey), Crew was professional & efficient, ZERO clean-up on my part when they left.

Ben and his crew were excellent. My wife had 5 different companies come out to give us an estimate. The 1 Tree Service was the best price by far. When the crew arrived each man knew his assignment They had the tree out and stump was ground in less than 30 minutes. Cleaned up the mess. Very nice guys to talk to. I would definitely recommend them. Ben told me he has been doing this for 20 + years. Attached is a photo of the tree they removed.

A large pine tree 45 tall fell over my fence into my neighbors yard. I called another service who did not contact me. I put in a request through Angie's List and the man from the company came out and said since it was a priority they could do it the same day at less cost than another company had given me. He arrived at about 9am and the tree was out about 12:30 pm. They did a super job of cleaning up. Both my neighbor and I were very impressed.

The three guys were great did excellent job and also cleaned up. Will certainly hire the same crew again in the future.

No problems experienced. Rep showed up to quote the job with insurance credentials in hand, and the quote came the same day. After scheduling (a few weeks out) they called a few days before to confirm. They cut down the tree and removed all wood/limbs on the first day and then came back and ground the stump the next day. I elected not to have them remove the stump grindings. I actually was never home when the work was done, but an inspection of the area after the work was done showed no damage to the chain link fence that abutted the tree and no ruts/damage to the lawn. Price was very competitive to other companies. Would recommend.

I was shocked at how quick and efficient they were at trimming the tree, at first as I watched I thought they had taken too much off. Then after reviewing when they had completely finished, I realized we had a lot of dead wood and overlapping branches that were more of a hazard then I realized. The staff who did scheduling were great as well and very personable, if I have any other tree issues they will be the first company I call.

Great team! Had the right tools to do the job quickly and safely. Cleaned up afterwards. No complaints.

They did a great job. Clean up was awesome. They did remove some bushes that were not on the list, but they caught the mistake before we did, communicated promptly and professionally, and worked to make sure we were satisfied. We are. Completely. It's sad that we have to praise people for doing the right thing, but with so much negativity and bad service out there, I'm happy to. The 1 Tree Service deserves the praise.

On Wed, 15Aug2018, The 1Tree Service took down a 60-70 year old silver maple tree from my backyard. Tree was very large, maybe 75-90 feet. From 8:15am arrival to my home until 4pm, they worked almost non-stop to remove the tree (using a crane), remove the stump, and also take down a large limb over my garage from an oak tree. They showed up when they said they would, they got everything done in one day, and they were meticulous in cleaning up the yard of all the tree debris and stump chips. There were at least 5 people working all day, and four others who came later to climb the oak limb for removal and then help with cleanup. There was a minor mishap with a gutter on my garage getting bent by a limb. As appropriate, there was no question of them replacing the gutter – which they measured, ordered, and installed by that Friday afternoon. I definitely would recommend this company for the same or similar type of work – they did great work! I had gotten three quotes for the work and they were the best price. FYI, for people who may have trees which cannot be accessed by a crane, at least one quote I got was significantly more because they planned to do work without a crane which takes much more labor. (Using Angie’s List was quick and easy and allowed for requesting quotes through their system, and/or by calling companies directly.)
