Jamil Kahoot is a nice guy, service oriented, and fast.
If you want bureaucratic, fancy, slow and expensive, go to MicroCenter.
If you want quick service, at a fair price, and to speak directly with the guy who is fixing your laptop or desktop, go to Techwin. If you need your computer fixed FAST, go to Techwin.
Jamil (the owner, lead tech and head cashier) is a really nice guy, and he literally fixed my problem THE SAME DAY. Cost was fair.
I'll definitely, definitely, definitely go back to him whenever we have another computer problem.

Recently cleaned and diagnosed two computers. Very professional, honest,
and accurate. Best prices that I've found. Before I went to Techwin I
took my mac laptop to a place on OSU campus. They did a fix that lasted
only a few days. Charged me about $100. When I went back they wanted to
charge me again with no promises to how long it would last. Took it to
Techwin for service. When I returned a few days later, he charged me a
nominal fee for opening and evaluating my mac. Said that it could not be
fixed properly because there was a short on the motherboard that is
very hard to correct. He did not want to waste my money. He also said
that a new motherboard was not worth such an old machine. Suggested I
invest in a new machine. Not what I hoped for but better than sinking
more money into a bad laptop. He also told me that the previous repair
was very sloppy and that they had left out HALF of the screws! They were
gone. I would not have ever known this since how many of us open our
laptops. Ridiculous. If you want good, honest, and professional service,
