A number of days after the initial visit she left a voicemail saying she in fact wouldn't be available that date or probably any date on the future. She suggested I find another company to workup with.

Tami came in for a preliminary evaluation of the house cleaning job. She gave me a cost and told me what types of cleaning products she preferred using in the house. She has cleaned the house a few times, and the house is in wonderful shape. I do appreciate her hard work!

She promptly returned calls. She was consciencious about not letting the cats out. She asked me to provide the cleaners. Communication was good. She was professional. She did the cleaning herself.
