Description of Work: Darryl and owner Rich, responded with speed and courtesy, and expertly saved our huge, wall-mounted mirror from damage during our bathroom remodel when it decided to try to come down off the wall unexpectedly! Because this giant piece of glass was at risk to shatter and s*** lethal shards into whatever was in its way, the job was urgent. Each was so helpful, respectful, and a good communicator. They saved the day as well as were willing to coordinate work with the reinstallation of the glass after the counter work was done. Thank you to them both!!! They are remodelling heros in my book.

Description of Work: They found glass for a window.

Description of Work: Replace a double pane glass in Curraco wood windows and a double pane in a steel door...Both had seals that were broken and glass had fogged up.

Description of Work: Hired this company once before to replace two inside window panes that had cracked for whatever reason. One window was in my family room and was rather large. The other was a kitchen window. Did a good job the first time, so since they were a neighborhood company, I hired them again to replace another cracked inside window in the master bedroom.They came out and gave an estimate of $105.00 to do one window. I thought that a little high but agreed to the work. I scheduled with them to do the work on May 2,2006 at 1:00 pm.No one showed or called. I left several messages after they were an hour late, and still no one returned my call.Needless to say, we will not do business with them again, and urge others not to as well. We will hire some one else.

Description of Work: REPLACED TWO PANES OF GLASS IN KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM WINDOWS.
