Mr. Biffle did an excellent job with removing all of the stumps and tree roots. This makes the third time that we have used Stumpbusters.

They do good work at a good price but it's hard to get a hold of anyone and it took days sometimes for anyone to respond to voicemails.

It didn't. Never showed up nor bad the curtesy to call. I've waited all day....it's now 7:55pm. I called twice & left a voice message. TERRIBLE Customer Service! Talked w Greg 6/27/16 in the evening & he said "I'll be there tomorrow to give you an estimate and if you like it, I can grind it down right then". Not a word since!

He removed a whole lot of stumps from 4 of us neighbors. Very cheerful energetic guy. Didn't take long at all. I think there were 15 stumps total. I had 4 but 2 were small. Hire him...he's the best.

I agree that it can be tough to reach Greg, perseverance has paid off!! I had a lot of trees taken out over the span of several years and I called Greg each time. He was punctual, quick, and left my yard looking better than before. He has worked in the dead of winter and in the rain and neither has slowed him down. I cannot speak more highly about any service provider.

they called me back the same day I left a message and arranged a time. They came while I was at work and left a bill at my house. I am putting a new drive way where the stumps were, and he got deep down to get the large roots. I now have a ton of mulch , which I can use around the yard.

I called them, received a voicemail the next day saying he would come tomorrow. He never came and never called back. I called back several times and never got a return call. What's up with this guy, does he just decide he doesn't want a particular job and never bothers to call back?

Called and left a message. Although he didn't call back, Greg was here the next morning and gave me a quote. I hired him right then and there. Very reasonable.

Called for weeks to set an appointment for Stump Busters. FINALLY, got a return call on 5/23/14. Was told he would call back evening on 5/26/14 to let me know what time he was coming on 5/27/14. NEVER called and never returned my many phone calls on 5/27, 5/28, 5/29.... do not waste your time. Luckily, I found After 4:00 Tree Service!!!!

They'd been recommended to me by a landscaping company - was please with prompt initial reply, then disappointed by lack of follow-up.

Called Greg. A week later he came out and quickly removed two stumps from my yard. Was $25 less that the cheapest quote we got. Great guy, great price, great job! Will use again!

Stump Busters is supposed to honor quotes from a local tree removal company that cut down our tree. I took a day off work to meet Greg on the agreed upon date, but he was a no show. I received no explanation and have called and left messages on at least 4 different occasions. Stump Busters has not contacted me in the 2 months that have lapsed.

I called for service of stump removal on a Monday and received a return call Tuesday the same week being told they could be out Wednesday after the tree was cut down. I informed Stump Busters Tuesday night (voice mail) that the tree removal company was on rain delay and could not cut the tree down Wednesday and would be out Thursday instead. I called several times to reschedule the stump removal over the next few days (Thurs, Fri, Sat) and never received a return call.

I've used Stumpbusters before and found them very reliable and very reasonably priced. The only reason for a B in punctuality is that he forgot to leave the quote the first time and had to come back. But, as soon as I called he came out the same day and left the quote. The work was done well and quickly.

They're not expensive, and they do great work. I didn't forget them and they didn't forget me.

I called Greg and left a detailed message. Greg called me back and set a date to remove the stumps. He did not come when he said he would so I called a second time. He came about a week after my second request to remove the stumps. He told me he had purchased a new computer and lost my first request. He apologized for being late. He finished the work in about one hour. I found him to be a very pleasant person. He has equipment to handle virtually any size job. He is worth waiting for.

They did a fine job. My husband set it up. They were efficient. It was an unusual type of tree stump that they had to remove. They did a good job grinding it down and taking out the old roots and everything. They removed most of it; what was left was sawdust type of stuff, which was fine. It was good for the environment. They had to run something with wheels across our grass, but it didn't seem to harm anything. The work didn't take very long and they weren't too expensive. They were pretty affordable.

Said he would stop by and call with an estimate. No call. Didn't return 2 more phone calls.

The first time he came out, he only ground it down to ground level. I had to have him come out a second time to grind it down further. It took him a couple of weeks to finally come out and make this second visit. I do appreciate that he was willing to come back out, but I would have liked him to have been a bit more responsive.

I called four stump removal companies and he was the fastest to call me back the next morning. He was able to come that afternoon which was within the time frame I wanted. He was considerate of my schedule and said that if I was not home he would leave me an invoice so I did not have to rush home. I was home however when he arrived and he did a great job. I only asked for the stump to be removed but he also went ahead and removed all the roots. Other than the mulch scattered about you would never even know there was a stump there at all! I will definitely give him a call in the spring to take care of another stump.

Greg came early and already had half the work done before we went outside. We marked all the stumps with orange paint and he has worked on our property previously. Greg moves from one stump to the next methodically. We had twenty-one stumps to grind of various sizes. Afterward, there is a pile of damp sawdust which is left for the owner to spread or haul away. I used the wood shavings/dust to cover the roots of our trees. This gentlemen is all business and totally efficient!
