Tammy was great on the initial phone call, answered ALL my questions, and had great answers when I asked "Why you? Why not one of the big national chains?". Promptly scheduled around my vacation, plus around getting my cat treated on the same day. Chris showed up just a few minutes early, explained the process, insisted on answering ALL my questions of him! He also 'warned' me of the whole time-line process, plus they promise to come back out if a second treatment is needed - at no cost to me!

Stryker was excellent! Very professional and so reasonable. They called a couple days prior to the date scheduled because it was going to rain that day and rescheduled the treatment so that I could get the most out of it. They were easy to communicate with, friendly, punctual and very efficient. One of the best services I've used in a long time. I definitely recommend this company!

The guy from Stryker came out and told me they were most likely "Carpenter Bees" which bore holes in wood, and only the females sting, and then only when provoked. He walked all around my house, took his time and looked carefully for a nest. He didn't find one. He said a common scenario is someone removing a woodpile and encountering them that way. He was so nice, said there was no charge for the inspection, and to call back if they bother me again.

Lot of work involved in preparing for the treatment. Had two treatments over two week period. At this point it appears to have been successful. I have a two month guarantee. They were very prompt in responding and Chris was very helpful in explaining the process. Prior to this John came out and said I had drugstore beetles, told me how to get rid of them, and did not charge me since he did not need to provide treatment

The owner actually came out and knew exactly what to use on the ants that were coming into our kitchen area. He walked the interior and exterior with my husband and treated the kitchen area. After a day or two of treating, we did see more ants but he said to expect it as they are coming to feast on the sweet liquid he put around certain areas where the ants were seen. Within that same week, we noticed a difference and haven't seen any since!

I have known owner, John, for many years--even before he started his own very successful company. On this particular occasion I had a problem with ants--as is very common this year. I had the pleasure of meeting lead technician, Chris. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I appreciated that he called me giving me a specific time of arrival. What I did NOT know is that I had "ant issues" where I was trying to grow grass after a maple tree removal--this is because roots are dying and they are moving away from the roots and to your home and elsewhere to find food. This company has the most-current and powerful ways to treat insect issues. Chris used a gel inside the house at entry points (wonderful 'food' the ants love and take back to the nest) which is non-toxic and basically invisible. On the outside he sprayed the entire house (and 3' out) as well as spots I had on my grass and the entire driveway. Chris is very knowledgeable about ants and has had a lot of training on how they behave. For many years, with previous issues, John, owner, has educated me on a LOT of things. Don't bother with any stuff at the store which may harm you or your property, and mostly waste your time and money. Call Stryker Pest Control and get the job done right!

Stryker is my go to place for all my pest control needs. From a stink bug fall in invasion to when the kids brought home more than dirty clothes from a hotel trip Stryker has always knocked out the problem quickly and efficiently.

As stated above, everything was resolved and seems fine.

Technician was prompt and thorough. He did not detect any evidence of termites. My home was treated for an active infestation of termites 13 years ago. He reassured me that the treatment was still effective.

Great. We had interior and exterior done. Everything went very smoothly and professionally.

This is a multi day visit. Day one they removed 2 baby raccoons. Day two they were unable to capture any but the mother and 3 babies remained they continue to work with us to remove the raccoons. Both John and Chris have been amazing during this whole process.

The technician arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem was. He told us about this particular variety of bees and explained how he would get rid of them. He also noticed that one of our hedges was infested with mosquitoes, and he sprayed the hedge as well. We no longer have any bees or mosquitoes. The technician was polite, professional, and informative.

They showed up on time and I was very pleased with their work. They made sure to answer all my questions.

The tech who came out to do the treatment did spend a significant amount of time at our house doing the treatment. A very wide area on the ground around the exterior of our home was also treated. Despite that, we had ants reappear a few days later. Part of their guarantee was that they would do an additional treatment at no charge within 60 days if we had further issues. The same tech came out again to treat the kitchen area. We have not had any problems since.

They were on time, very professional. helped to explain to us what was going on and how to deal with the problem and how to prevent the issue in the future beyond having them come back out.

Called Stryker to set appointment for annual ant infestation. They were quick to respond and take care of the problem. This is the 3rd year I have used this company, and I am highly satisfied with their work. The bait they use is very effective, and they guarantee results for 60 days, so if the initial appointment doesn't quite get the job done, they'll come out and re-treat for free.

Did both sides of a duplex

Well. The service person was punctual and got the work done quickly.

We thought we had termites and called for an inspection. He came out later that day and said we had carpenter ants, not termites. They returned in about a week to treat. They were very timely and professional. We would definitely hire again.

Very well. The spiders were vanquished, silverfish much diminished (still in process), and carpenter ants destroyed.
