Initial work estimate and timeline were provided in a timely manner. From demolition to footer/foundation placement, the process was on time with minimal interruption to our day to day life. Custom interior build was great, the attention to detail to match our 1920's original woodwork was spot-on. 
Ryan was very responsive and happy to answer our questions and provide insight and recommendations based on his experience.
Very happy with the subcontractors who performed the work, all were professional. 
Last remaining tasks for the project will be gutter/downspouts once weather warms up and house has been painted. I'm confident this will go as smoothly as the previous work.
Overall we were pleased with the cost, work and communication from Stone Pillar Construction. 
Have recommended Ryan to others in the area and are now planning our own phase 2 renovation of upstairs bathroom with Stone Pillar Construction this summer.

Stone Pillar was outstading.  Ryan Skeldon was very responsive and is the best contractor I have worked with.  He provided a detailed schedule for how the project would be completed including what would be happening on any given day and who would be performing each task.  His employees were very respectful and kept the disruption in the house to a minimum. 

Amazingly efficient. They completed most of the job while we were gone for a 2 week vacation. Quite a leap of faith for us, but it paid off. They minimized the mess, and we returned to a transformed house. Ryan was a pleasant, responsive, professional, down to Earth guy that managed his folks well. All of his employees that we met were also nice to deal with. We would not hesitate to include them in a bid process for future work. Good people.

Extremely well. Ryan Skeldon is the best remodeling project manager I've seen and we have used several different ones in the past. He stays on top of the sub-contractors and scheduling, gives constant attention to quality and detail and keeps you informed of everything. We will definitely use Stone Pillar Construction again.
