They worked on the wiring inside and the turntable It would not even make a sound before. They also cleaned the needle and did not have to replace it. Now, it has beautiful sound. And, they were able to get it done before my husband passed away. That made him very happy. I am very pleased with this business and all of their employees.

The representative provided me with a cost estimate and a date of completion 7 days from drop off. I received a call in 4 days that the repair was complete. I picked up the speaker and the cost was actually $5.00 less than the estimate.

They took great care of it. They had to make parts to repair the record player. They were sure to check in with me during the repair, too. They do a wonderful job. It plays beautifully now and I couldn't be happier.

I brought this unit in to correct a distortion in the left channel and to reduce the popping sound when the unit is switched off. The distortion is gone, the popping sound went away at first but is now back. This may not be their fault due to the age of the unit (vintage 80's.) The sound now is as good as when the unit was new, just unplug the speakers before turning it off. I would take the unit to them again for further analysis. They are factory certified for "NAD."

I TOOK THE 8 TRACK IN AND THEY IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME, "NO PROBLEM". ONE WEEK LATER, I HAD TWO CDS OF MY DADS FAVORITE MUSIC TO GIVE TO HIM FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP THE SOUND AS BEST THEY COULD AND ELIMINATED THE CLICKING TYPICALLY HEARD BETWEEN TRACKS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL USE AGAIN FOR ANY AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT REPAIRS OR ANOTHER MUSIC PROJECT
