DIDN'T MEET PROMISED TIMES TO START OR ANY SUBSEQUENT PROMISED TIMES. RAGTAG WORKERS NOT REGULARLY EMPLOYED CREWS. LEFT DE-SHINGLED ROOF UNPROTECTED WITH RAIN CLEARLY IN FORECAST CAUSING EXTENSIVE HOUSE INTERIOR DAMAGE. MET NO WORK SCHEDULES ON TIME AND WAS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT BY PHONE. ROOFING JOB AND SUBSEQUENT DAMAGE REPAIR COVERED A SPAN OF 5 MONTHS.
