I'm pleased with the finished product but not with the process of getting there. We started a week late based on several no-shows. I even rushed moving my air conditioning unit out of the way so that he could start the next day, and he didn't show or call. Scott was very difficult to reach, did not show up when expected, and it resulted in a long delay work starting. He made an impromptu design change to our stairs but did not share with me before making the change. Instead, I walked outside and a crew member explained it to me when I asked. Luckily, it was something I could live with. Additionally, I expressed a desire to have a water feature built at the same time. Rather than just tell me he would not do it or could not commit to doing it at the same time, he kept telling me we'd discuss it as the project progresses. In the end, he did not end up building it (please note water feature was not in contract although I don't know why). He does have good ideas when you can get his time.

The work was very good. Scott was on time, worked extremely hard, and completed the work as promised. He suggested options for our brick paver patio and altetnative products for the stone wall out front. He worked well with our existing layout and created something that complements the house and the rest of the landscape.
