They show up when you want them. There is only one issue I don’t like. They don’t maintain their books well. The guy who shows up is very professional. I would probably not use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Service Master Medallion in February. They serviced my furnace.

THIS COMPANY WAS CHOSEN BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY. WHEN SERVICE MASTER CAME OUT THEY WERE NOT THOROUGH, DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE, AND THEY DID TERRIBLE JOB. WE HAD A TOUGH TIME GETTING THEM TO REMOVE THE CARPET, IT WAS DAMAGED BY RAIN AND SEWAGE WATER. THEY SEEMED DISORGANIZED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THEIR COMPANY AND THEIR JOB. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

THEY HAD SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE THAT DAY TO PUMP OUT THE WATER IN MY BASEMENT, AND DRY OUT THE CARPET.DK
