They did an excellent job. The salesman, Dave Scott, came out to talk to me about my air conditioning. He fixed it temporarily for me because I had company coming that weekend and he didn't charge me anything for that, which I really appreciated. The installer, Jason, did a very good job and he was very polite. Dennis, the supervisor ,came over and checked everything out and he was very good too. They cleaned up very well and it was a great experience. They even helped me get the $1500 tax credit and sent me all the information I needed. They are a great company and I would highly recommend them.

They are my most favorite heating and cooling company in Columbus. When I called them, the office personnel were very accommodating to my schedule. Jamie was the guy who came out. He was very prompt and told me everything. He could answer all my questions. He was very well informed. We scheduled a time and then Tony was the guy who came out to do the work. They then installed the new gas furnace in four hours. I also purchased it from them. They had everything. I told them exactly what I wanted. They also put in a programmable thermostat. Their price was reasonable compared to other places that wanted double. They have very good and reasonable prices. Their service is excellent. They also told me that they would be right out here when I have any problems. They had worked on my air conditioner couple of years ago. They are excellent. They are very dependable and reliable. They also took care of the permit. They did everything in the right way. They went through the proper steps. The city then called me for an inspection. They did everything in the way it?s supposed to be done. They are reputable. I have no complaints about them. I would most definitely use them in the future too. I have a program with them where they would do the yearly inspections and everything. They also check everything once a year. I got on that program because they are so thorough.

I would rate them very highly. They were on time. They were very professional. The price was good. I cannot think of anything negative from the experience. I bought an extra service contract with them. They gave me free seasonal inspections. There will be no charge for their visits.I had no problems with their responsiveness. They returned my calls. I don?t remember them being late.

The salesman who came out was very knowledgeable, very nice and explained about the different types of units. The installers were on-time, very polite and cleaned up after themselves which was wonderful. They were very courteous, told us everything that we needed to know about the furnace & A/C. They also did wonderful follow up and helped us tremendously with some heating issues in the basement.

They were fine except we had a negative experience with the installation. The installer had no idea how to set the thermostat. So, the first week we had our new air conditioner was going crazy. It was going up and down and not cooling. I called them first and they sent the same guy to look at it. He said there is nothing wrong with it. I called them again and I was very mad. I called my credit card company to stop the payment because I wasn t very satisfied. The payment had already gone through. I wasn t satisfied. Finally, after about five or six days I called them and told them they needed to send someone out to look at the thermostat. The problem that we had was with the thermostat.

My furnace stopped working sometime after dinner-I emailed Sears and they contacted me first thing the next morning. The technician arrived within half an hour and found two blown fuses and a bad wire which he fixed and I had heat again. The furnace worked fine for one week and then it started to cut off the furnace circuit breaker. I called on New Years Eve and the tech came within an hour and tested the furnace and informed me that the furnace was pulling the proper amount of power so my problem was probably in the circuit breaker. I was able to get the circuit breaker fixed on New Years Day but the new breaker was still cutting off-I called Sears again and the tech cam back on Friday morning and discovered one of the furnace motors was malfunctioning and causing the breaker to blow-she removed the fuse and explained that the furnace would work fine and it was not worth fixing this motor since the furnace is 33 years old.

They came out on time and were very professional. I explained that he was our third estimate and that I wanted to compare apples to apples. I also explained that the original diagnostic given indicated that it could be repaired, we were ready to replace the furnace as the current one is over 30 yrs old. He indicated to me that he would not invest any money in this unit and that we needed to make our decision fairly soon as the furnace may not last more than another week or so. He gave me several options and price points and pointed out the most energy efficient option. He was very professional and I appreciated his honesty. We have not yet made a decision on which company to go with, but will be deciding very soon.

Dave Scott visited our home, inspected the existing equipment, analyzed the duct system and discussed our home s HVAC needs and the equipment options with us in detail. He then prepared a timely and professional estimate. As it turned out, we decided to purchase a different brand of equipment so we went with a different contractor.
