They did a very excellent job with the detailing! My car is a 1992 Buick Riviera with a white leather interior and they were very careful with everything. I still go to them for car washes and they work very hard.

This is an older car and was pretty dirty inside with spilled spaghetti sauce, dog hair, stones, mud, etc. The car cam back completely clean. The car was waxed and cleaned outside as well.

Car was smelled and felt cleaned. Did have some visual white residue from the cleaners.

Sax is the best car wash around- all the guys working are nice and my car always looks amazing every time I take it there to get cleaned up.

Although this car is older and certainly has issues, I was really expecting a much better detail job. I understand that stains on the upholstery might be there forever, and I certainly don't expect them to do make old paint look good. However, the car was returned to me with bug guts still on the front grill. I think it is reasonable to expect bug guts to be removed! Also, the windows were streaked. After the car was detailed, they ran the car through the car wash one more time to and quot;remove any dust.and quot; Parts of the car weren't even dried off when it was returned to me. Again, I know that it's an older car, but I believe the bug guts should have been removed. I also expected the exterior of the car to be completely dry. I spent $129 + tax + tip for a total of about $145. I really can't tell much of an improvement from when I took the car in. I will note that everyone was extremely courteous. I also suspect that if I had really complained, they may have been willing to work on the car more. But, I had already been waiting for over 2 hours. I didn't want to wait any longer, and I am not one to throw a fit when things aren't perfect.

THE EXTERIOR OF MY VEHICLE WAS CLEAN, ALTHOUGH THERE WERE SOME SPOTS THAT STILL HAD SOME DIRT ON THEM, NEAR THE UNDERSIDE OF THE DOORS. THE INTERIOR, WAS NOT PARTICULARLY WELL VACUUMED AT ALL. I BELIEVE THAT THIS LOCATION OF SAX USED TO PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I WAS ABLE TO USE A PAST RECEIPT FOR 1.00 OFF OF MY WASH.
