ROY IS AN EXTREMELY NICE GUY AND A HARD WORKER. HE WAS VERY ACCOMODATING AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK THE DAY I GOT THE ESTIMATE! HIS ESTIMATE WAS AT LEAST $200 LESS THAN OTHERS I HAD RECEIVED. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Description of Work: REROUTED MAIN DOWNSPOUT ON THE BACK OF OUR HOUSE; DUG TRENCH TO ACCOMODATE NEW PIPING THROUGH OUR FRONT YARD; CLEANED GUTTERS; INSTALLED CHIMNEY CAPS; SECURED GUTTERS TO THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE; CHECKED ROOF.

THE OWNER WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE CALLED US MANY TIMES IN AN EFFORT TO SET UP A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. HE POLITELY CALLED BACK TO LET US KNOW WHEN THE WEATHER PROHIBITED HIS WORK. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, EASY TO WORK WITH, AND THOROUGH IN HIS WORK. WE HAVE THREE FULL STORIES AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET TO ALL AREAS OF OUR HOME. SOME GUTTER CLEANING COMPANIES WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE US A BID BECAUSE THEY WERE UNABLE TO REACH OUR HIGH GUTTERS. WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE WE WILL RECOMMEND HIM TO OUR NEIGHBORS.

ROY SEEMS A BIT ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES, BUT IS A LOVELY GUY. OFTEN COMES THE SAME DAY HE'S CALLED. DOES OTHER ODD JOBS AS WELL AS GUTTERS.
