Description of Work: Replaced 6 windows. Went great. I will only ever use them for windows!

Description of Work: Installed 15 windows and a new back door. Showed up late and took longer than they said it would. Other than that the work was great.

Description of Work: I had all 23 windows in my home replaced with a wonderful product that has helped lower my electric bill and made my house more comfortable.The price was more than 50% less than another local competitor wanted to gouge me with. Installers were on time very courteous and finished the entire job in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves and I highly recommend them to anyone. No complaints.

There was always someone to talk to when I had any questions before, during and after my installation. I wish all businesses operated the way Rosatti did. I would highly recommend Rosatti to anyone who is considering purchasing new windows. Rosatti has a great product and outstanding employees.

Description of Work: Received custom made windows for a condo built in 1974. The sales rep was curtious and responsive. The trait I was most appreciative of was his not being pushy and derogatory towards their competition. | |Installers did a wonderful job on the installation and clean-up. | |Only thing I had a slight issue with was the date of delivery. At time of order and measurement, the estimated date of delivery was to be the end of October/beginning of November. Windows were not received until the beginning of December. Though, I would assume this a reflection of their high demand. | |Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the product and service rendered.

Description of Work: Replaced two windows and a patio door. The product is exceptional. The workers were very pleasant and left no sign that they were in my house except for the wonderful new windows and patio door.

Description of Work: New interior door for the den. They came out and I picked the door and what type of wood. Then a couple weeks later they came and measured. Then it took about three months for the door to be delivered. They installed the door and it looked and fit beautifully. The only bad thing was I had to pay a penalty of about $250 because I only needed only one door.

Description of Work: We had thirteen windows replaced. The Rosati staff was very prompt, professional, and friendly from the salesperson to the installers to the quality control person. We are very pleased with our new windows and are pleased to know that Rosati will come take care of any problem that may arise with the windows.

Description of Work: everything was great except we did not expect the frame of windows to take up so much of the window opening reducing the view considerably. A bit expensive but to get quality it costs more.
