Description of Work: They replaced 5 windows in my home. They laid plastic down in the house so as to not track dirt. They vacuumed when they were done. They were very curtious and professional. They have scheduled a follow up visit to ensure everything was done properly. The price is high, but you get what you pay for!

Description of Work: We originally visited Rosati in 2013 for windows. At that time they were out of our budget. When we contacted them again this year, we were again helped in our purchase by Steve Carpenter. His professionalism, knowledge and friendliness eased our mind in this large purchase. He gave us a tour of the factory and explained how the windows were manufactured. He was with us every step of the way. We never felt pressured. The installers were very professional and tidy. We love our new windows. We highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We bought our home with newly installed Rosati windows last June, the previous owner had them installed to help sell the house. After closing, but before moving in, we had trouble figuring out the lock on the back sliding glass door. My husband called Rosati and they scheduled someone to come out in 4-6 weeks to show us. We couldn't wait that long, we had a dog and needed to know how the door worked! I called the former owner of the property, she called Rosati windows and someone from Rosati called my husband back and walked him through working the lock. | |When it got colder and the winds blew, there was enough draft through the kitchen window to move paper. I found Mike Rosati on Facebook and emailed him and told him how mad it made me to hear his sincerity on tv, but know that the company doesn't stand behind their product with the people who live with the windows. I explained to him the whole back door/lock situation. Mike Rosati HIMSELF called my husband and someone was out here to our house within a week to fix the draft. Mike apologized and now the warranty is switched to our names. They also checked all the windows in the house to see they were operating properly. | |This spring, we had a crack in the kitchen window and they sent someone out in 2 weeks from our call to give us a new one. When the installer was putting together the window in his van, the new one cracked. It's been 3 weeks but they are scheduled to come back and replace it again. It is a little bit of a hassle because scheduling someone to be here to let them in, but oh well. | | |

Description of Work: Rosati's salesman was very knowledgeable of their product and made us feel comfortable with our decision to buy. We were already convinced by the fact that they are by far the most purchased replacement window vendor listed by Angie. We also liked they idea that they manufactured their own windows locally and employed their own installers instead of contractors. We were impressed with the construction and mass of the sample window brought in by the salesman. He was thorough in walking us through the house to measure and complete the order. | |A second technician followed up on the salesman to remeasure our windows, assuring no mistakes were made. | |We made some changes to our order which Rosati easily accommodated including advising us when cost changes resulted from our decisions. | |When the windows were ready the installers delivered them and installed them, removing our old windows. They were knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our property. They completed the work in the two days they originally scheduled in spite of one of the workmen being absent due to illness the second day. I have to say they worked exceptionally hard to get the job done and yet I do not feel the quality of their work suffered at all. | |They did run into some minor issues with the framing of our sliding glass door due to age and deterioration. They accommodated the necessary carpentry work within schedule and at a reasonable (additional) cost. We was pleased with this work as well. | |We also had a issue with the initial installation of our storm door which the installers were willing and able to redo to our satisfaction. | |The installers left our house clean with little additional cleanup necessary on our part. Before going we did a walk-through and identified minor issues to be addressed by their follow-up technician. | |Again, most of the issues were minor and were addressed by the first follow-up technician. We had a last issue with a sticky sliding glass door which required two additional visits to fix. Rosati was undable to adjust the door to our satisfaction and replaced it. It now works fine. | |We are now quite happy with our purchase, which is far and away better than the old windows we replaced. We highly recommend Rosati and its people for a good product and good work.

They did an excellent job from coming to measure our windows, providing us with helpful recommendations and installing them in a timely manner. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to work with and we love our new windows!

Description of Work: An all around great experience. So low pressure that the salesperson didn't follow up with me and I had to call him. And they mis-ordered two windows so they had to re-order them. But installers were great and windows look wonderful.

Description of Work: I had all 23 windows in my home replaced with a wonderful product that has helped lower my electric bill and made my house more comfortable.The price was more than 50% less than another local competitor wanted to gouge me with. Installers were on time very courteous and finished the entire job in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves and I highly recommend them to anyone. No complaints.

There was always someone to talk to when I had any questions before, during and after my installation. I wish all businesses operated the way Rosatti did. Description of Work: Received custom made windows for a condo built in 1974. The sales rep was curtious and responsive. The trait I was most appreciative of was his not being pushy and derogatory towards their competition. | |Installers did a wonderful job on the installation and clean-up. | |Only thing I had a slight issue with was the date of delivery. At time of order and measurement, the estimated date of delivery was to be the end of October/beginning of November. Windows were not received until the beginning of December. Though, I would assume this a reflection of their high demand. | |Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the product and service rendered.
