Description of Work: They were very professional and understanding of the animals in the house. They did one window at a time so none of the cats could take advantage of the escape route!! The windows are amazing, quiet and so easy to clean!

Description of Work: Replaced 12 double hung windows and trim. The whole experience was professionally handled. All concerns were answered during sales presentation without any high pressure. The installation crew members were very skilled and professional. It was a pleasure to watch them work as a team.

Description of Work: I had new windows put in last month, and this is the best thing I ever did. I can see the difference these windows make for the summer heat. they were installed in know time and the then the inspector just came to examine the work. I would recommend this company to anybody and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced all 13 of our windows. |The installers were not general contractors, they worked for Rosati and were trained by Rosati. |They were very experienced and professional. |The windows are very high quality and if I ever have problems the factory is a short drive from home. |I am very pleased. |
